Implementation.

I offer a complete implementation service which includes:-

Implementation of Management/Quality Systems compliant with ISO 9000 requirements and client needs.

System documentation development - Quality Manual - Procedures and, where required, Work Instructions and Forms.

An easy to use Quality System that will be a help, not an encumbrance.

Step by step guidance and assistance during implementation.

A comprehensive and friendly (pre-assessment), audit of your system, with full assistance in implementing any necessary actions that are highlighted.

Guidance in selection of an Assessment Body, and support during assessment.

A 'GUARANTEE' that, if you have implemented the simple actions that have been identified, you WILL obtain certification at initial Assessment, and if you don’t I will provide FREE support until you do! So I make sure you pass first time!

Ongoing support after certification, if you desire it.

System Development - ISO 9001: 2000

If you already have ISO 9001, or 9002, I will help you develop your existing system towards compliance with the new standard - ISO 9001: 2000.

I will either amend your procedures for you, or give specific recommendation as to the required amendments, dependent upon your choice. I will provide the required forms and an easy step by step guide to their implementation. For the majority of small businesses this is very straightforward, for larger businesses or companies with more complex client relations etc., systems may need to be tailored accordingly, this still need not’t be difficult!

The transition really doesn't’t need to be complicated or overly bureaucratic, and we can probably simplify your existing system at the same time.

Improvement/Simplification of Existing Systems.

Typical problems:   Many companies that ‘did it themselves’, and sadly some that have used consultants, find their Quality System bureaucratic and bogged down with ‘red tape’. A lot of effort goes into maintaining the system with no obvious benefit to the company, also businesses develop and change, ensuring that your procedures keep up with the changes can be harder than it sounds, you soon find that the documented system no longer reflects what you do.

The solution: That’s where I come in. Because I believe that the more simple a thing is the more likely it is to be effective, I pride myself on being able to take the seemingly most complex of systems and cut straight through the flack, leaving only that which is necessary and of value. In updating systems I can also usually leave behind a lot of unwanted bureaucracy that may have accumulated.

A Quality System is not  just there to show your customers, it should also be a valuable asset to you. I can help to bring this about, and although you may have had ISO 9000 for several years, it could well be the first time you have actually felt a benefit from it.

The secret is to make it simple and to keep it simple - the solution is just a ‘phone call or an e-mail away.

System Support.

I offer economical Quality System Support to clients who I have put through ISO 9000 certification, and to anyone who feels it may be of benefit to them.

Support can cover any, or all of the following: Performing some, or all, of your Internal Quality Audits; Attending/holding Management Review Meetings; Attending Assessors Surveillance Visits; Quality System Documentation Management; Performing Audits on key and/or potential suppliers. and anything else that may be of benefit to you, that I am qualified to do.

All support agreements are individually produced to ensure that specific client needs are catered for.

A system that will be independently Assessed and certificated by a Registered Assessment Body - I recommend LRQA, but am equally happy to work with anyone of your choice.

A GUARANTEE that you will pass first time - if you do not I will provide FREE support until you do. To date NO client has failed to ‘pass first time’.

If, having obtained a quote from me, you then find a consultancy offering all the above at a lower fee I will gladly endeavour to match them, on production of a written quotation.
