System Implementation.
If you have no formal Health & Safety System in place, or if your system requires formalising and structuring, I can provide the following on a project basis, tailored to your specific requirements: Health & Safety Manual, Supporting Forms, Inspection of the Workplace and set of Risk Assessments covering work activities; A simple Action Plan to ensure all requirements are clearly identified.
Construction (Design Management) - CDM.
I can provide services to the Client as Planning Supervisor, providing the project is within my scope of expertise.
I can perform Site Safety Audits on behalf of the Client, Principle Contractor and/or Sub-contractors, providing a simple report highlighting my findings and any required actions, which will also be prioritised with time-scales for completion.
In the planning of work, I can provide guidance on legislative requirements with regard to specific requirements, and again do this by producing an easy to follow priority Action List.
Project Management.
Company Restructuring/Relocation etc.
Restructuring: When a major internal restructure is planned, whether this is for one department, to merge two or more departments, or a total restructure of the entire business, an outside perspective is often valuable. With experience in keeping things running smoothly whilst restructuring, I am happy to: Help to devise the initial plan; Devise the plan for you based on your objectives; Help to identify objectives and devise the plan accordingly; Work directly to your plan.
Whichever route you take I will ensure all runs smoothly during the transition, and see the project through to successful completion.
Relocation: Few things can be more stressful than relocating, whether to another country or just a mile up the road to new premises. How wonderful just to be able to hand the job over to someone else. With this being no more than an aspect of Quality Planning I am happy to look after the whole operation for you.
Further resources will often be required, people to make lists etc., and this is often better coming from your own staff, so I might well need support to be provided, however the co-ordination and the responsibility for making sure all goes to plan will be taken off your shoulders while you concentrate on making sure the business continues to run smoothly.
